Lovely breakfast place. Had a great smoothie bowl and coffee. Very quiet when I went, but it was quite early

Delicious manoushe, espresso smoothies & people! I'd highly recommend going here. Thank you so much to the chefs and team!

Was looking for a healthy breakfast after an unhealthy evening out. Found this place on Google. A smoothie bowl was EXACTLY what I needed and it was delicious. Flavourful, filling, pretty, healthy. I’ll have to check out the Manoushe next time I’m in Bristol; it sounded amazing but I didn’t have room!

Looking for brunch? Check out five grains, the coffee is nice and the smoothie bowls are fresh and filling. The manoushe we had were the cheese and yoghurt ones, both were interesting and tasty. The portion sizes were perfect and set us up for a pleasant day in Bristol :)

Great variety of smoothies and fresh juices. Super tasty manoushe, as good as the ones I used to have in Hamra (Lebanon).

Amazing service and the food was great! The juice is really nice but the Lavender tea was a bit overpowering. Overall I have no complaints!

We went there for brunch. The two ladies who work there were welcoming and friendly. We had the Akkawi cheese and Za’atar manoushes & a couple of drinks. The Food was delicious and fresh. I Loved the quality of the ingredients. The only comment I would say (as an Arab) is that the staff don’t give their food justice when they explain it to costumers (as I overheard them describe the manoushe). It’s honestly better than the description. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bristol. All the best to this independent business

Brilliant food, a perfect break from stodgy breakfasts.
